Hypnotherapy is the practice of bringing people into a state of hypnosis, then doing the therapeutic work from that relaxed and open state of being.

I won’t be controlling your mind or making you do anything you don’t want to do. Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed mind state we all experience. Your conscious mind is invited along, too! We just ask that it take a back seat while we give your subconscious the space to speak its truths and reveal where and how you need support. And don’t worry: your subconscious mind has your very best interests at heart. It never reveals anything you’re not ready for.
